Cancellation and refunds will be done as per the cancellation policy mentioned on the booking vouchers at the time of booking. You can contact accomodation providers directly for any cancellation or modification of bookings. Properties contact details will be provided to you in booking vouchers.

All refund requests are subject to obtaining approval from our hoteliers.

Hotel reserves the right to approve or reject refund.

Applicable hotels penalty/administrative fees will be deducted.

Refund will be paid to the customer only, who has made and or made the payment to us.

No refund will be paid for partially utilised services and 'No Shows'.

Group booking refund charges differs from individual booking.

Final refund payment will be subject to above clauses.
